We use our gym for workouts both with and without equipment. We did a online live workout this Sunday at TikTok. Online training is easy to join and everyone can workout with us.
We did 5 rounds of
– 10 Jumping jacks
– 9 Back lifts
– 8 Jumping lounges
– 7 Push ups
– 6 Sit ups
– 5 Hip lifts
– 4 Walk outs
30 sec plank .
