We like to make training uncomplicated. Sometimes training doesn’t have to be that difficult. Our home gym make training easier for us. If you want an easy-to-remember workout, try this.


1000 calories assalut bike as fast as you can. What time do you get?

If you want an another easy workout to do at home where you do not need any equipment, you can try this:
– 10 push ups
– 10 sit ups
– 10 burpees
– 10 air squats
Set the timer for 20 minutes and see how many rounds you get.
