Den här månaden vill vi tipsa om ett snabbt och jobbigt pass som du kan göra både på gymmet och hemma.

2 minuter valfri konditionsmaskin, rodd, cykel, stakmaskin.
10 pull-ups
1 burpee
2 minuter valfri konditionsmaskin
9 pull-ups
2 burpees
Fortsätt att minska en pull-ups och öka en burpee tills du kommer till 1 pull-up och 10 burpees. Ett varv är alltså 2 minuter maskin, pull-ups och burpees och du kommer att göra totalt 10 varv.

Vill du göra passet lite jobbigare så kan testa att köra med viktväst.

60 minutes home workout

The workout for today is cardio! 5 minutes on each machine for 60 minutes. Rest 1 minute in transitions. The purpose of this workout is to go hard and build cardiovascular strength. Good luck!

We love to combine outdoor training like running and swimming with crossfit wods. This one is one of our favourites.

THE SEVEN – 7 Rounds For Time

7 Handstand Push-Ups or Push Ups
7 Thrusters
7 Knees-to-Elbows
7 Deadlifts
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings
7 Pull-Ups

Training @ Lost Gym

One of our favourite sessions is Mikko’s Triangle. All you need is a rower, a Ski trainer and an Airbike. Make sure to be mentally prepared because this is not an easy workout.

Mikko’s Triangle
EMOM 40min (every minute on the minute for 40 minutes)
Min 1: Cal Airbike
Min 2: Cal Row
Min 3: Cal Skierg
Min 4: Rest

You set a target calories for every machine and when you are done with your calories you rest until next minute starts. We did 12 calories (Fanny) and 17 calories (Patrik).
It’s a love and hate workout. Super hard but you will feel great after!

Lost gym – equipment

We trying to do our gym as playful as possible. That means that we hanging rings in the roof and putting up wall bars. So besides training with weights and cardio machines we also have rings and wall bars from Reko Life.
There will be a lot of fun training here.

We will write more about all the equipment we have and with links to everything so you can find it easy.



We thought a gym is so much more fun than a living room. The sofa is sold and instead we now have a home gym. Together with Master Fitness we have everything we need. We will show you workouts you can do at home every month. Both with equipment and without.
